D for Depression is a story-telling and -sharing space. It will not focus solely on depression, rather the full spectrum of mental health disorders and struggles. Nonetheless, I feel like I owe this blog to Depression. Publishing this during the 18th month on my current depressive episode, I finally found no other way to come to terms with my brain except this blog. My goal is to give a voice all of us who are struggling with our mental health. I will share how my mental health troubles have and continue to affect me and my loved ones, in hopes that it would somehow help you, or help you understand what a loved is going through. So let’s be in constant conversation as we grow resilience and learn to be our mind's friends.
